  • In an individual therapy session, you can anticipate a confidential and non-judgmental environment to express your thoughts and emotions. Each session begins with a short check-in. Goals for therapy, particularly those concerning specific issues, will be discussed. You'll be prompted to delve into your emotions, thoughts, and past experiences, which aids in developing a deeper understanding of your circumstances. Feedback or reflections on your shared thoughts will be provided to identify behavioral patterns and foster comprehension. If advantageous, homework may be assigned to reinforce learning between sessions. The session concludes with a summary of the discussion and an outline for the subsequent meeting.

  • Individual therapy sessions are 53 minutes.

  • The Vessel Therapy do not accept insurance at this time.

  • The Vessel Therapy do not bill your insurance, but the client can request reimbursement from your insurance carrier after paying and obtaining your paid invoice.

  • Your first session costs $175, and each session after that is $150.

  • We will develop a customizable plan tailored to your needs. While it's uncertain how many sessions will be required to achieve your treatment goals, rest assured that we will collaboratively design a personalized treatment plan that aims to meet your objectives as swiftly as possible, provided you are committed to the process.

  • At The Vessel Therapy, we believe in transparency regarding the costs of therapy. That’s why we provide a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for our services.

    A Good Faith Estimate is a document that outlines the estimated costs for your therapy sessions before you begin. This helps you understand what to expect financially and allows you to plan accordingly.
